Visitation Letter

March 22, 2021

You may have heard because it is all over the news, CDC released “Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People.” This is very exciting! However, the updated guidance related to not wearing masks when interacting with others who are fully vaccinated, does NOT apply to healthcare settings. As such, our Senior Living operations and field-based Home Health, Hospice, Home Care and Physician Group need to continue to wear masks as per prior guidance until such time the CDC and your local health department provider further guidance specific to your business line.

*Masks to be worn at all times when at Meadow View property, inside/parking lot area (outside). *

STARTING Tues, March 23rd :

Fully vaccinated, residents AND family members are allowed to visit in the bedroom. We are allowing more than 2 fully vaccinated family members in the bedroom but no more than 10. **NOTE: Even if you had visited your loved one the day before, you MUST show us your 2 shot vaccination card every time you visit. Also, please have your driver’s license to match info, just in case you are new or unfamiliar to the staff.  If you do not have your vaccination card, you cannot do a casual visit and the only option is a meeting room visit.  Please do not get disappointed if staff ask to see your card during a visit.  This is the only option to make this run smoothly.  **Please note: there is no set time to leave.  Visiting hours all day for FULLY VACCINATED visitors are 8a+.  No overnight visits.

Please keep in mind ANY GUEST must display their vaccination card (2 shots) prior to entering building in order to visit in resident room.  If there is any family member who is not vaccinated or only has 1 of 2 shots, then those family members are allowed in the building but MUST make a reservation prior to visiting in the meeting room ONLY (please call 920-794-1950 to make a reservation).  Meeting room visits are only allotted times of 45 minutes.  Visiting hours for meeting room are still 8:30a-3:30p every day including weekends with 45 minute visits in place. Those visitors MUST take a Rapid Covid Test and wait 15 for results before your set reservation visit.

**FOR EXAMPLE: John has a reserved meeting today at 10:30a. John arrives at 10:10a to have his Covid test started.  Results are completed by 10:27a.  He is now ready for his visit from 10:30-11:15a.  Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your Covid test if not fully vaccinated.

**Very important, we cannot extend your visit time if you are running late (i.e. 10:30a visit but arrive at 10:30a, test done at 10:47a….your visit still ends at 11:15a)**

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Aseli 920-794-1950 or I at 920-210-0088.
